2. We provide front-line support for the water supply system used in the Tokyo metropolitan area, ensure a reliable supply of high-quality tap water that is safe and tasty, and provide our customers with quality services, taking full advantage of our comprehensive operating expertise.
3. We provide support to entities both in Japan and overseas to reinforce their management bases by leveraging the rich experience that we have acquired while working on the Tokyo water supply system, thereby contributing to sustainable water supply business management.
4. We strive to pass on our waterworks technologies, while at the same time creating an energetic corporate culture.

As a member of the Tokyo Water Group, Tokyo Water Co., Ltd. contributes to the maintenance of a core utility that supports the daily life of Tokyo metropolitan residents and urban activities of Tokyo, Japan’s capital, together with the Bureau of Waterworks. Our role is expected to grow with the increase in transfer of work from the bureau to our company. We created a Mid-Term Business Plan as a milestone of our further growth that clarifies our policies and management targets for the 5-year period from FY2021 to FY2025. Tokyo Water Co., Ltd. established a Management Reform Plan to summarize the management reforms to prioritize in the 3-year period from FY2021 to FY2023 as a policy collaborator for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. This plan is implemented and revised each year.

We have formulated and are currently implementing an action plan based on the Act on the Promotion of Women’s Active Engagement in Professional Life and an action plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children.

This symbol represents the quality water supply services that Tokyo Water Co., Ltd. provides and its corporate attitude of shaping the future of water and people and promoting a more affluent society.

• By using two shades of blue—one a fresh light blue and the other a subtle darker blue—and presenting the words “TOKYO WATER” in a sharp but thick Gothic typeface, we aim to express the reliable water supply services that we provide in a stable and steady manner.
• With one of them representing “safety” and “confidence” and the other representing “abundant experience” and “reliable technological expertise,” the two waves cross to form the infinity sign (∞) to express how Tokyo Water Co., Ltd. provides water and a brighter future for its customers and continues to deliver quality water supply services.
• The increasingly large bubbles of air rising upwards from the water stream symbolize the increasingly affluent society that Tokyo Water Co., Ltd. is working to achieve.
